Time To Awaken by Ora Nadrich

5.0

We are currently dealing with a global pandemic on an unprecedented scale, which has led to economic instability and high levels of unemployment, the deaths of people from the virus, the cancellation of most forms of entertainment, widespread anxiety, and an overall miserable period for everyone. My mental state was in good shape before the outbreak. There were definitely some highs and lows, but on the whole, it was good. Throughout the course of this pandemic, my mental state has fluctuated more than a few times. Where are we going to end up after all of this is finished? How bad is the world economy? Where do we stand with our employment prospects?

I was aware that I needed to gather my thoughts and refocus my attention to bring my mental state back to normal. And then I found this wonderful book, "Time to Awaken," by Ora Nadrich. The book is brimming with pearls of wisdom that can empower you to rethink the way you approach the challenges you are facing in your life right now. I learned at the beginning of this book that no matter how bad circumstances go, the level of mental anguish we experience is ultimately determined by our reaction to the adversity.

This book, much like Ora's previous one, Mindfulness and Mysticism, is written in a straightforward and easy-to-understand style and is full of tools and techniques that can be used to bring more consciousness and mindfulness into one's daily life. Time to Awaken is an in-depth exploration of what she describes as the "Great Awakening" of our time. This book will equip you with the tools of mindfulness and emotional intelligence to deal with the unprecedented challenges of our time.

Ora Nadrich is a qualified life coach as well as a certified thought coach and teacher of mindfulness meditation. An amazing thinker, she is also a spiritual activist and a person of great influence. Her writing is full of hope and inspiration, and her novels radiate warmth and brilliance. Time to Awaken, her most recent book, is a fantastic resource for taking the first steps toward cultivating mindfulness, awareness, and compassion in your daily life. There are a lot of different small stories to help you understand pain and how to deal with it in a harmonic, tender way.

When reading a book by Ora Nadrich, the most crucial thing is that your face will light up with a magical smile at every sentence. The responsibility of bringing serenity to your mind comes first and foremost with Ora's book. Ora Nadrich has a knack for simplifying even the most convoluted ideas with such grace, elegance, and enlightenment that reading her book brings a state of spiritual bliss. I would recommend this book to anybody who is interested in re-grounding, re-framing, and rediscovering their mindfulness practice.
