This is the most captivating book I have read in a long time. I laughed out loud. I cried - the good tears and the sad ones. I figured some things out, but was blindsided by other twists and turns. This is a BEAUTIFULLY written book about a terrible and epic story of characters who are chasing after closure over a lifetime. The weaving of the story lines and characters is astounding. It took over 14 hours of my commute time to read it, but I'm seriously considering reading it again. Already. FANTASTIC! Some hard content at times (sexual assault, abuse, kidnapping, murder), but also a story of how hope can carry a person through unimaginable trauma. I highly recommend it.
