No matter how many years it has been, Suzanne has an uncanny ability to draw you right back into the world of Panem! As well as build loveable characters just to destroy them in a sentence or two :(
Anyone who has read the original trilogy will know how this one ends, but it provided a lot of great insight into why Haymitch is the way that he is and how much he suffered. It was also a nice surprise to see so many familiar faces among the mentors and watch as they lay the foundations for the rebellion later on.
