At 1273 pages, this is the longest book I've read in the past three years, and it took me two months to finish it.
It was a slightly difficult novel. I had to begin it thrice, twice I almost gave up. But I'm glad, I persisted. It was worth a read. Of course, 1/4th of the book could have been edited out, but the rest of it was phenomenal.
"One must believe in the possibility of happiness in order to be happy, and I now believe in it. Let the dead bury the dead, but while I'm alive, I must live and be happy.”
