I started this book with close to no knowledge of the subject. The writing is compelling and clear, and the case studies enlightening. An eye opening and highly readable book. Like I imagine many will feel after reading this book, I finished it wanting a clearer answer on how we might fix things but also an appreciation for why that may not be easy to do.
