Not as detailed as The Chaos Machine but also covers a broader spectrum of why we may have trouble with focus in our current environment instead of only social media. Less harsh/more optimistic than The Chaos Machine as well. Found some of it a bit TOO Pollyanna/wish washy at times and didn’t love how the adhd chapter was laid out, but gave me a lot to think about, and REINFORCED one of my themes for the year and how much I need to set new boundaries on certain apps and behaviors
