Evil Has A Name: The Untold Story of the Golden State Killer Investigation
by Paul Holes, Peter McDonnell, Jim Clemente
dark

fast-paced
This is technically a podcast, but it was very interesting. I listen to a lot of tru crime podcasts, and within a year of me learning about The Golden State Killer, we learned that he had been arrested. Jim Clemente is one of my favorite podcasters, so when I learned about this book, I knew I just had to get it.
It's filled with the voices of some of GSK's victims, plus many people involved in his arrest. It was so engaging learning about the investigation from the perspective of the investigators. I cried sad tears hearing the victims stories, and happy tears since GSK has been caught (and is currently incarcerated).
Very good listen if you're interested in true crime.
