So You Want to Talk About Race by Ijeoma Oluo

5.0

“Do not fear the opportunity to do better” I highlighted so many quotes from this book but this one fully captures the heart of the book. This book was so incredibly accessible to people from all parts of the journey to end racial oppression. Oluo offers real, tangible solutions to end racism and what you as an individual can do to better yourself. Even if you know and understand intersectionality, micro aggressions, workplace racism, etc, you can benefit from the breakdown Oluo presents in an easy, thought provoking way. This book was an incredible read.
