Did not finish book. Stopped at 9%.
i just wasn’t drawn in and didn’t really like the main character. i also have not read the book it’s in response to. even tho the premise is easy to understand, i think it’s hard to get the main character’s obsession w this author. the writing is also a bit… high minded? like overly literary. a bit much for me.
