Endless Night by Agatha Christie
3.0

Chris found this one for me in the local Little Free Library and since I read my first Christie at the start of the year (Toward Zero) he thought I might enjoy this. Although I've only read the one before, and seen countless films, TV dramas and plays, I could tell this one would be different - although not necessarily in a good way.
SpoilerI understand why the first person narration was necessary though, and the use of good old racism shown in fear and distrust of the gypsy woman (although I half think Christie was making fun of the bigots herself!). I was also hoping far more would come from the eerie character of Santonix.

Not the most satisfying ending, but a fun read.
