Not what I expected but the author makes that very clear in the first chapter and boy did it deliver. Very engaging non fiction read and written to be accessible.
Did sometimes feel like she was oversimplifying certain parts or going with very surface level looks at specific topics in order to make the book more “readable” made me wish the book was longer lol
Also repetitive in some ways that I felt like I would be while trying to write an essay and make sure my point was clear.
The wellness to conspiracy theories pipeline hit way too close to home yall stay safe out there
