Confess
by Colleen Hoover
Why do I keep reading Colleen Hoover books? I don't know but I do and I know I will continue to in the future. Even though they make me repeatedly role my eyes at the amount of drama they contain, I find them so compulsive and easy to read. I reckon she could get anyone out of a reading slump.
About this book:
- the plot has elements that are also in November 9 which kind of annoyed me
- it's not fate, calm down
- you've spent a few hours together, calm down
- she loves a male character who is a tad bit obsessive with their lover. She knows no type other than intense.
- the secrets within her books make you want to carry on.
- the villain is perhaps too villainous. There's being an antagonist and then there's basically being an awful human being for no purpose other than to move the plot along.
