This story was hauntingly enchanting and I was engrossed the entire time. The commentary on beauty standards was spot on, and the satirical take on aging and skincare was absurd. The ending brought tears to my eyes, it was so beautiful. I love the way Mona Awad puts us in the minds of her characters.
