Yet another book I found on my search for more books about hospitality. I had no idea who Will Guidara was or what he did, so I didn’t really know what to expect from it. Will Guidara and his chef partner turned Eleven Madison Park into the number one restaurant in the world. This is the story of how they did it. Being a lover of cooking competition shows, it was fun to listen to this story. Not a lot of help in my personal hospitality endeavors, but an interesting read nonetheless.
