Green Arrow Vol. 4: The Rise of Star City by Benjamin Percy

3.0

There were a couple of lines that were real clangers, so much so that I worry about the authenticity at the heart of this series. But the action was good, in the end.

I am finding that the setups of the story arcs seem completely disconnected from each other. No growth, no movement. I don't know that it would matter which order I read the story arcs in the series, as long as I read the issues within each arc in order.

I will still continue reading, but I am almost expecting it to get to the point where I stop, which is sad, because I think there's a lot of potential, but…emotionless action doesn't do it for me, over the long haul. And I'm not feeling anything about these characters.
