JoJo recommended it, and at this point I'd forgotten what James Patterson writes like, so the super short chapters really got me. It didn't feel like anything happened for most of each chapter, it was just like a short intro before dumping some crazy even and then the next chapter starts. There was no real time to sit with any of the events or figure out what was going on, but I still figured out who the killer was around the middle. I just couldn't really know for sure because it was the only character that Patterson hadn't given any info on, so I couldn't really tie him down
