This introduction to the world of cowboy romance was a treat. Mf Rhett Eaten. Some of the humor was not for me but I laughed a lot. Very wholesome love story with a HEA. Tropes like enemies to lovers, forced proximity and groveling. Smut is so good and the slow burn was slow burning really nice. Grumpy wounded bull rider and city girl with trauma fall in love. The miscommunication was bearable and forgivable, which I always worry I won’t be able to root for the couple after the third act breakup drama. May that mother fucker Rob burn in hell, and Rhett and Summer live happily ever after.
“She and I really are binary stars, stuck in each other’s orbit, drawn together by forces we can’t see or understand—but that we can feel.”
“Princess, you look like you were made for me."
"I feel like I was made for you.”
“What the hell is the cowboy hat rule?"
"You wear the hat, you ride the cowboy.”
“You’ve got me, Princess. Only you, I promise,”
