A Long Petal of the Sea by Isabel Allende

I think I can pretty confidently call this one of the most boring books I've ever read. This follows a couple and their family throughout the years, but every character felt like a huge burden to learn about. It was kind of interesting why the family left Spain for Chile, but the most basic summary of the book is also the best thing about it. I powered through this because I'm petty, but otherwise I should have set this down right away.
