This book was really cute but very repetitive. It felt like a typical 2006 rom-com which I absolutely love to watch but reading it dragged a bit. I did enjoy the characters and the unique atmosphere, but the conflicts (aside from the people bullying her about her uncle) felt a bit lame/low stakes.
