This book had a fun concept, but I do wish that it wasn't basically an exact replica of the Chicken Shop Date show, all the way from the awkward interviews, to the host's personality being replicated in the FMC. I didn't like it. During the shows, everything was a bit bland, but outside of the shows, the FMC actually let her personality show and the banter between her and the MMC was fantastic. Fortunately, they didn't spend a lot of time with her doing the show and interviewing other people, but even her chats with the MMC weren't all too enjoyable.
