Daughter of Light by Garrett Curbow

I didn’t finish the book. That said I must admit that the plot itself was passable, it could’ve been made interesting. The reason why I didn’t like the book is not in the plot but in the writing. It was very raw, very down to earth sometimes and sometimes unnecessarily elaborate.
While the storyline is a cornerstone of any fantasy novel, the writing must be equally profound, which, as I said, is not the case here. If you, like me, are captious about the writing style, you are most likely not going to like this book.
