Swamp Thing, Volume 3: Rotworld: The Green Kingdom by Scott Snyder

3.0

The Swamp Thing and Animal Man combo has been great. I think I enjoyed everything leading up to this volume more than this culminating experience.
Here are the spoilers:
There's one particular comic in this volume that is drawn terribly. I'll have to go back and look who it was, but the art style felt very rushed and not at all in the same style as the rest of the book. They also resort to some old comic book tricks of shoving the characters into the future, making all the superheroes rotted zombies, have a big fight, then throw the characters back into "present day". It was a little hacky.

However, the art (aside from that one issue) is great, and weird, and bloody. It's worth reading if you're into Animal Man and Swamp Thing. (Could've used some Constantine in there, too.)
