In a similar vein to Y The Last Man, it's about how societies change when a massive calamity strikes. How people respond, and look for meaning, and move on, and what that looks like for individual people, cultures, and governments. Also like Y, it's violent and depressing and very, very interesting. Really not sure if I want to see how this ends or if it will end with And Everyone Dies Alone.
