What a strong way to start off a new arc; like no way Griffith is just chilling here💀

Also, I didn’t expect Godu to die at this point of the story. Hopefully Guts won’t break his sword again.

So he came to see if he gives a fuck and apparently he doesn’t… I wanna choke this motherfucker😭

It has been a while since I enjoyed a fight like this. The difference in power scales between this encounter and the previous one is crazy!

That one panel was weirdly focusing on Griffith’s heart throbbing while looking at Guts; gonna remember that, it’s seems important.

Griffith had the nerve to touch her again…

My heart breaks for Casca; idk how she is going to ever recover. I barely hold back my tears every time I think about what she went through.

I wonder if Guts will stay with Casca, like he needs to protect her but he always seems weaker when she’s around and that might get in the way of his revenge. I hate that but I think he’ll have to leave her again.

“𝙄 𝙬𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣” the reassurance we all needed😭

Again there’s something weird happening with Griffith now that he met Casca; something about the fetus but I don’t comprehend it yet.

The last panel with Puck is so cute!

That panel with the witch-looking girl seems important.

What a rich chapter. This backstory almost came out of nowhere but I loved it. There is so much to unpack about Farnese’s character. She’s a psychopath but now some of her actions make sense and I kinda feel bad for her. And Serpico seems to genuinely care for her which is something I did not expect.

The way Serpico’s mother was illustrated felt like something out of a Junji Ito novel. At one point, Serpico even referred to her as a “monster”.
