Meh - this book was a bit disappointing. It's a collection of "real" stories about various women (few princesses) throughout history. It seems as if they picked the title first and then forced everything to fit that title.
The historical sources listed in the back are iffy. Some are legit, but many are blogs and clickbaity news sites.
I also didn't care for the writing style. It was too casual and trying too hard to be hip. A humorous writing style could have worked here, but it didn't in this case. It just came off as insincere. Like the author gave zero fricks.
It could be a good starting point. A place to begin your own research into these women. So there's that.
