wow, so so so much better than the first two books in the series. i was really shocked when i actually enjoyed and liked the book. after hating the first two books i came as a surprise that i enjoyed finale. this book was a huge step up and was greatly improved. i loved the detail an effort to the characters and the plot. the story line was much more understandable and i didn't get bored while reading. it did start of a bit slow but once you get past the first 70-100 pages the book is fire. i love the characters in the book especially one of them. he was amazing and i was so glad that he continued to be in this series and even though he wasn't a main he was still in most of the book.

of course those who have read the book know that I'm talking about Jacks. he is my love. omg i read broken heart first so i was already in love with him and finale just made me more in love with him. and i feel like i was able to get more info into his backstory about his first love. omg it being Tella, i was in love, i actually kinda liked their relationship, hey, but don't worry Evangaline is still my first choice by far.

i felt like the character growth was huge and you really got to connect with them more. the only thing i didn't like was the section just before the ending of the book, about the end of the climax. i hated the death of one character. it was so clique and boring. i wanted action and instead i got a sappy death. but that is about it for my critiques. i liked this book and i don't think i will ever get over my shock of that fact but what a great ending to the series and i think that the series is actually worth the read purely for the last book, purely for finale. there were a few things that i would have liked to change in the book like a name that was not said when i really think it should have been.

i was waiting desperately for the end to be like from Dante but NO it had to be from legend. why??????? i wanted the soul, i wanted Dante back but oh well what can i do.

but the character bonding's were so good and i got to see more of each person and how they love and that was one of my favourite things. so, if you don't want to read this series at least read finale because it is worth it.
