Elysian Fields by Suzanne Johnson

3.0

Pretty good storyline, decent action scenes, and a protagonist who isn't afraid to take charge. I love the New Orleans setting, and I like that DJ is brave and reasonably smart in her decisions.(Back-up! A plan! No whining!) The ending was a bit messy though and the love story (stories...🙄) is not terribly convincing. DJ needs to reduce the number of men she's interested in before it makes sense that she's settled on one of them.
