I started this feeling slumpy, which was reflected in my couldn’t care less attitude for the first quarter. However after that, I slowly found myself being drawn to Olive Township and its inhabitants. 

Do I think everyone in this book made the right decisions. Eventually yes, but it took a long time to get there. Penn deserved better, but on the flip side Daisy was engaged and that should have made him pause longer. I liked Daisy, I understood and sympathised with her motivation, but she needed to put her big girl panties on and deal with life. 

There appears to be an overarching plot that will follow through the books and that intrigues me. I was also a fan of getting the pov from Olive Township itself. There all the secrets lie, but alas none were revealed tonight.
