It's been too long since reading that previous one for my liking. So I didn't remember some of the smaller details and characters from the invading force, but I remembered quickly enough.

This was a really tense volume. Hak is keeping the invaders at bay while Yun completes their mission of getting the herbs to hopefully cure the Crimson Sickness. 
Yona continues to be left in the dark about things. 

The ending of this volume makes me super nervous for one of the core characters. I really hope they're alright. I may riot if they aren't.
