The many points of view made this book interesting, although I found the plot itself to be very simple/straightforward at the end of the day. I also weirdly didn’t really care about solving the murder or who did it, possibly because the victim wasn’t compelling or painted in a very kind light. I feel like a horrible person! Going to self-evaluate now.
Graphic: Animal death, Child death, Confinement, Blood, and Kidnapping
Moderate: Child abuse, Murder, and Alcohol
