Well, this book was an emotional rollercoaster. A lot of toxicity, miscommunication, and characters who all need therapy. I did enjoy the plot, but it felt like it became repetitive and drawn out. I didn't find any of the characters to be that likable either. Im not sure if I'll continue the series... im curious, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to dive into the next book anytime soon.
Side note - the narration of the audiobook is terrible. The female narrator was fine, but the male narrator when speaking in other character voices was downright painful, to the point I almost had to DNF because of it.
So maybe I'd feel better about the book if I hadn't listened to it?
