This is a philosophy book disguised as a novel, trying to answer the age old question of "how to live". It recognizes that people are full of mistakes and full of regrets, often warring with the concept of "what if" and it is absolutely beautifully written, though definitely not for the faint of heart. It reminded me that my current life and current feelings are all that matter. There is no winning the "What if" game. Amazing read! I definitely recommend.
Graphic: Suicide attempt, Self harm, and Suicide
Moderate: Panic attacks/disorders
Minor: Cancer
