This was delightful. I love the characters, the dynamics and relationship between Yadriel and Julian is so sweet and so good. The beginning part was kinda rough with Yads getting deadnamed and dealing with transphobia. It's almost worse when the transphobia comes from your well-meaning family, like they're TRYING but just aren't THERE, you know. So fucking real.
I loved the plot and this was excellently paced. I think the only reason this isn't 5 ⭐ is bc I called the bad guy like, 40% in, as well as the mystery and what was going on 😅😅😅. But overall this was excellent, I am super excited to read this author's other works.
