I'm glad I gave this a reread because last year I DNF'd around chapter 25 but I held on this time and I'm super glad I did. Violet got a lot better and holy hell this was a wild ride! I liked the introduction of the new characters! I seriously can't wait to see what Onyx Storm holds. 



Jack fucking Barlow. I really hope he dies in book three and stays dead. 

And the Golden one's revelations had my jaw on the floor. I definitely didn't see that coming.
