In Isabeau's Eyes by Lora Leigh is first Kentucky Nights series. A spinoff which allows us to return to the Mackay world.
I love returning to this world. I love seeing Angel's brother find someone other than her to look after. I loved getting to know Tracker. He didn't claim many but once he claimed you you were his. And inspite of himself he is claiming Isabeau. I love seeing him protect her even as he tried to protect his heart. And finding out who has had Isabeau in their sights doesn't give him the distance necessary to protect himself especially as he doesn't realize he needs it until far too late.
I thoroughly enjoyed the heat Ms. Leigh brought to this story. I loved seeing Tracker find out he could care for more than family. I loved seeing Isabeau find someone who saw her and not her disability and bad luck. I look forward to where Ms. Leigh will take us next in this world.
