Nausea by Jean-Paul Sartre

3.0

I'm so thankful I wasn't depressed when I picked this up, I think it would've made a much deeper impression on me if I was. As it is, though, the theme of Nausea is actually one that, to me personally, is very comforting, so the book didn't really land for me. It's also quite ridiculous at times (honestly, dreaming about spanking a man's bare ass with a bouquet...), and is mostly stream of consciousness, which I'm not exactly fond of.
