Blood Hunt by L.L. Raand

Please see the review to the first book here.

In this second installment of this series, there is just as much if not more gushing vaginas and lesbian sex.

In the story itself, we see more relationship development in the personal aspect, but also across the species involved. We get the point of view of the bad guys and more understanding on their motive. We also get the point of view of the victims.

I read this book as something to get out of my comfort zone. It was successful because of these different points of view. The antagonists of this story are cold and malicious, they torture and don't care. We see the victims and how they cope with what is being done to them.

The story itself progresses a lot more in this book.
