It started well for me. The first chapters were good. I tought I would love it more than the first book. The first book was ok/good 4 starts for me. Then it got very slow and repetitive. I can't DNF books but I probably would have DNF this one.
Nash's character really suprised me. He wasn't supposed to be grumpy just like his brother is. In book one, he's the opposite of that. His personnality changed a lot and it didn't add up. Even if you get shot and become depressed, you can't change drastically like that imo.
Also, Lina was supposed to be a no-strings attached badass women. Her personnality is a lot different in the second book too.
The story is a lot similar to the first book. The difference is this book should have 300 pages and it would be better that way.
The last two chapters are good because finally someting is happening but oh my god how long it was to get some action...
Would not recommend.
