Hawkeye, Vol. 4: Rio Bravo by Matt Fraction

5.0

Ahhhhhh I didn't realize this was the END of this arc (and I think Fraction's run on Hawkeye? Not sure) and now I'm so sad, because this was AMAZING. Brotherly angst! Tragic backstory! Tracksuit mafia! Kate Bishop! Awesome Natasha Romanov cameo! Part of it is told entirely from the point of view of Clint Barton while he is deaf, which is, as you might imagine, not easy to render in a comic form. Fraction is brilliant. The art is great. I feel like this is one of those comics that shows how comics can be used to their full potential, and why the medium is so unique. Bro? I wish there was more, bro.
