Some points were good advice, others were condescending pieces of nonsense. Also I feel like there were repeated steps which was probably true with how often she talked about writing letters. I get it, you don't need to shove it down my throat. The overall tone of the book was "I know how to adult so if you want to be functional you better do as I say." The whole book just rubbed me wrong.
