I am a big Alex Cross fan and always look forward to reading the next installment. I have to say this one really impressed me. The writing and depth of the story reminded me I why I got addicted to these books in the first place. Lots of red herrings and misdirection and not as formulaic as recent ones have been, All that was missing for me was a little more darkness and this would have been the perfect Alex Cross novel for me. A welcomed return to form for James Patterson with this one. Really enjoyed and really looking forward to the next one.
