If anyone were to ever ask me my philosophy of education and teaching, I would just hand them this book. There were tons of “amens” and “yes!(es)” scribbled in the margins. I think Robinson is on point with all he is saying.
However, I only gave it 4 stars because I felt it was lacking in advice for how to move forward. There were some vague stories about changes happening (and I believe they can happen), but I am at a loss for what I can do as just a teacher or what I can do in the subject of ELA. I really wanted some concrete ideas to move forward with.
