I think this book would have worked better for me if it had been at least 100 pages shorter. I can handle long books, and love them, but this one really dragged for me. I did like the big discovery and reveal of who was behind a big event, and didn't see that coming. I really liked that. The ending was long and dragged out, and included a trope that felt out of place with the story. Overall, this isn't a bad read for me, just okay.
