 This series is a solid 5 star reads for me! 

The beginning was darker and so captivating, then following Darrow after his experience, noticing the change in his character, the struggle, dealing with it, was a pleasure for a character driven reader like me. All characters are done wonderfully! I like how much attention is given to the relationships – all friendships and especially the developing relationship with Mustang. 

A lot happens, there are twists and turns, I was immersed in the story! “Morning star” continues to be an action-packed story with deep character study and lots of interesting themes at hand. Totally loved it! One of my favorite dystiopian, sci-fi series set in space!
