Booooooring. Author spent waaaay to much time saying what you will learn later in the book or what you have already learnt. Half the time i found myself thinking "i learnt that already?" and the other half i was wondering if the author thought she could turn me into a super hero, she definitely didnt. 1 page of a4 could have summed up all the useful information in this book.
This book hypes itself up to be the best thing ever... it doesn't live up to the hype. I could not wait for the experience to be over with. So awfully boring that it over powered any useful information it may have contained.
