Did not finish book. Stopped at 18%.

While the book focused on one of three characters interchangeably, Teddy (the first and center character we meet) was so insufferable that I couldn't get through reading any more. I read the last two chapters to see if it got better, and I'm glad I stopped when I did. This book was not for me.
