A Casualty of War by Charles Todd

3.0

I like the protagonist and the setting- you do get a sense of what life was like as a woman in the front line of WW1. And while Bess is Honorable in her pursuit of finding the truth for one of her patients and the intrigue and murder that follows, it would be nice to get more of a sense of of Bess her self- her feelings/ background and relationships.
