I knew even before starting this book that I was going to love it. Diving back into our beloved Knockemout, with the crazy fun characters and sweet banter. After all of the mystery and intrigue thrown at us in the first two books, I couldn’t wait to find out where Sloane and Lucian’s story started.

I couldn’t for the life of me put this book down. And when I literally had to, I was counting the minutes til I could pick it up again. The banter, the tension, the history and the love rolled into this story was so incredibly enjoyable. I laughed out loud so often and even shed a few (ok a lot) of tears here and there. My favourite of the series by far, I’m so gutted it’s over.
