Bella Di Corte has done it again! Another fabulous book!

Rosalia Lombardozzi and Aniello Assanti are apart of the organization in very different ways. Rosalia works at Club Desolation while Aniello Assanti is a hit man. Members of Club Desolation are not allowed to get involved with any of the women working there. Similarly, Rosalia knows that fraternizing with the men will lead to death, for both parties.

However, Rosalia and Aniello are drawn to one another, like a moth to a flame. Rosalia doesn’t remember two years of her life from a horrific car accident she was in. She is missing the time before the accident and the accident itself. As part of life in the organization, the rules of secrecy is engrained in her, along with the rule of not asking questions.

When the organization decides Rosalia is to marry a political figure, Rosalia and Aniello can no longer keep their relationship a secret. Shining light on their love for one another comes with great consequences from the organization…death for both of them. The fight to stay together and stay alive, all while Rosalia fights to remember her life before the accident, has great consequences. Will they survive? Will they end up together? Will the organization win in the end?
