Just like the first book, it starts off pretty slow but with more character development between Callum & Bianca. I found Bianca a little annoying because she kept going back & forth (I want him/I need to move on). I continued book 2 since I was more invested in the plot and book 2 leaves on yet another cliff hanger that definitely made me want to continue the third to find out what happens. I like how the author wrote the plot but I wish all the action wasn’t pushed towards the end. The first half was a bit wordy & didn’t really capture my interest until 60% in. I usually love reading a book all in one day but to keep me from DNFing this read, I spaced it out & read it every other day. This story is definitely built on a lot of secrets/lies & I can’t wait to see it all unravel.
